Please
fill out the attached form completely with all
information. Please
put your child or child’s birth date and
US Water Polo number on the registration form. All
Players must be Current registered with US Water
Polo for 2010 or they will not be able to start
workouts.
We
will only prorate the fees for new athletes coming
in for the first time. No
prorate for those that may be taking vacation
during the seven-week session.
All
athletes will get notification from the Team
Managers before the registration date via e-mail. All
registrations must be completed by the end of
the first week of the session in order to avoid
a $20 late fee.
We
have new team suits and will require all players
that participate in games and tournaments to
have a team suit. The
boy’s suits are $30.00 and the girls are
$60.00.
